The goal was to create a boutique consultancy that combines deep technical expertise with an agile, creative approach, delivering high-quality fullstack solutions while maintaining a culture that developers and clients enjoy working with.
My Contribution
Co-founded and run the consultancy, handling client relationships, project scoping, and technical delivery. Focus on modern web development using TypeScript, React, Node.js, and Next.js, delivering projects that prioritize code quality, maintainability, and user experience.
Established agile project delivery practices adapted for small-team contexts, ensuring transparency and predictability for clients while maintaining flexibility. Built the company brand and digital presence from scratch.
