Instead, I build structure into daily work through experience, sharp observation, and humor. I invest in relationships beyond the work itself — coffee, a chat about the weekend, a team borrel — because trust is where real collaboration starts. At Rabobank, that approach turned a 6-person team into the strongest in the department. At Routescanner, I ran workshops to get the business on board with our agile approach and facilitated Kanban ceremonies to keep delivery flowing.
